As with most NB shoes, I recommend sizing up 1/2 size. These shoes fit well on my narrow feet, have lots of support, were comfortable right out of the box and cushion my steps. Granted, they aren't the most stylish (they are kind of boxy looking), but my philosophy is if your feet hurt it doesn't matter how great your shoes look.
